See if your child can identify the times shown on the puzzle, and move the clock hands to the same time as shown on the pictures. You can then ask them about their day – what time do they eat breakfast, or go to school? Can they put the clock hands to these times? In addition to being used as a tell the time aid, puzzles are an excellent way to encourage your child’s observation, imagination and communication skills. Ask questions about the picture or get your child to talk about the picture – for example, ask them what they think is happening, or what some of the characters are saying.
