Postage & Packaging

We charge a flat rate of £4.95 for Postage & Packaging within the Uk. Items for delivery within Uk are sent Royal Mail Recorded or by courier. Please note that  a signature will be required.

International Delivery

All items for delivery outside UK are sent by Airmail Signed for or by courier service and are dispatched within 1 working day of order being completed. Charges and delivery time vary according to destination. Please note that you may have to pay tax on your order depending on which country order is being dispatched to. We can not be help responsible for this extra charge.

Europe

Cost to deliver to Europe is calculated by weight as detailed below. Please note that some items will include an extra charge because of overall size. These will be specified on item description. Delivery

We aim to deliver orders within 3 - 5 working days within the UK. Deliveries to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland may take up to 7 working days. Estimated delivery times to Europe, USA, Canada and Australia are 3 - 9 working days.

If all or part of your order is temporarily out of stock and we can not re-stock in time to enable us to deliver within a 5 day period we will notify you of revised delivery times by e-mail and give you the opportunity to amend or cancel your order. You will be notified by e-mail when your order has been dispatched and advised as to which method was used.

We can not accept responsibility for delays in delivery of orders for any reason that is deemed to be out with our control. In the event that your order does not arrive within the expected time period, please allow two extra working days before notifying us.
